If you want to change the Code Base or Document Base after the initial configuration, click Cache/Web Start Options on the Additional Options window.
Code Base:
The Code Base must be a fully-qualified URL that matches the
IP address or host name of the Host On-Demand server where your users point their browsers to launch the HTML file
generated by the Deployment Wizard. For example, http://your_HOD_server/hod_publish_dir_alias/
or https://9.37.42.42/hod.
If you installed the Deployment Wizard separately from the Windows Host On-Demand server and used the Properties button to specify the URL of your Host On-Demand server to access the online help, that URL appears in the Code Base field. You cannot use a relative URL as the Code Base.
Document Base:
If you use a separate user publish directory
to separate files you generate through the Deployment Wizard from files provided by Host On-Demand, you
must also specify the Document Base when configuring a Web Start client.
The Document Base must be a fully-qualified URL that points to this file on your Web server.
For example, if you name your output file HTMLfile on the final window of the Deployment Wizard, specify the
following Document Base: http://your_HOD_server/your_publish_dir/HTMLfile.html. You cannot use a relative URL for the Document Base.
If you do not use a separate user publish directory, do not specify a Document Base. The default is the URL you specify for the Code Base.
Description:
Type a short description for this application (optional). The description allows you to distinguish between different
pages in the Web Start Application Manager. The default is Host On-Demand.
