Security information for an SSH session
To display the Security Information panel go to the session panel and click
Communications > Security.
For sessions that are using the SSH protocol, the Security Information panel displays
information about the SSH connection.
The following session types can use
the SSH protocol:

VT Display session
-
File Transfer (sftp) session
The following information is displayed about the SSH connection:

Connection Status
The status of the SSH connection.

Server Version String
The version string sent by the server to the client during SSH negotiation.

Key Exchange
The key exchange algorithm being used by the SSH Transport protocol layer.

Publickey
The publickey algorithm being used by the SSH Transport protocol layer.

Encryption
The encryption algorithm being used by the SSH Transport protocol layer.

Data Integrity
The data integrity algorithm being used by the SSH Transport protocol layer.

Compression
The compression algorithm being used by the SSH Transport protocol layer.
