This dialog box appears when you click the Change Request button in the toolbar or select File > File a Change Request. It allows you to identify yourself to ClearQuest and select a database for filing change requests. See your ClearQuest documentation for information about the fields.
Click OK to continue filing your request or Cancel to resume work in PureCoverage.
Note:
You can use environment variables or variables in the file <purecovhome>/pure_crms to enter this data automatically whenever you open ClearQuest from within PureCoverage. For information about these variables, read Configuring a change request management system.
