If you mark an adjustment for a line that does not meet these conditions, PureCoverage highlights the adjustment columns to indicate that the adjustment is unnecessary. Other than the highlight, marking these lines has no effect.

Using begin and end comment pairs to mark multi-line statements as blocks frequently results in unnecessary adjustments. Marking multi-line statements interactively, through the Annotated Source window, allows you to avoid this.

To mark multi-line statements manually with individual comments, mark the line that your compiler would annotate if the line were used. (Different compilers annotate multi-line statements differently. For examples, click )
