Trigger scripts/programs should be in a secure common location that is highly available on the network, with controlled access
- Simple solution- use the existing ClearCase share for VOBs or the shared release area- it is already set up, and reduces points of failure
- Use view-extended path names with controlled/restricted views
- both have their pros/cons
