Do not try to recycle the ClearCase views
Edit and set config specs on UNIX, using “/”s in pathnames
More than one view can be active at a time; set into either one using the NT ClearCase Details window or NT Explorer
After the work on a view has been completed and there is no checkedout file in that view, do not be afraid to remove the view permanently; both the NT view and its corresponding UNIX view
