Key Process Areas
Each level (except level 1) defines Key Process Areas (KPAs)
To move from level n-1 to level n, concentrate on KPAs for level n.
Don’t skip levels
- Concentrate on the KPAs for the next level only, otherwise you rapidly reach the point of diminishing returns
Most organizations are at level 1 ? I’ll concentrate on level 2 KPAs, particularly SCM
