Rename_view utility
- Allows the re-tagging of views, while maintaining viewname and viewstorage naming conventions
- Used to retire, replace, reference views with new contents without changing its name
- Assumes config spec file naming convention: ${viewname}_cs
- Assumes viewstorage naming convention: ${path}/${viewname}
- Assumes symlinked .s pool naming convention: ${path}/${viewname}
