  promotecset - Queue a change set for merging
  
  mergecset - Merge the change set into the main branch

• Integration Process (4 steps)

  freeze - Create the new component LOT #
  
  stage - Copy public constituent(s) to the staging VOB
  submit - Checkin new revisions and creates new elements of the staged constant(s)
  publish - Apply the LOT # to the staged constituent(s)
