• Set clear, simple priorities for each project based on the release goals

  • Keep the priority designations simple
    • Must, Should, Could
    • High, Medium, Low
    • 1, 2, 3
  • ClearGuide, ClearQuest, and ClearDDTS all have the ability to maintain and track priorities
  • The “Highest” priority items drive the release
