- Anything that is not a checked out file and is not a derived object, technically has no (permanent) place inside the view.
- Anything of any import, should be checked into the VOB and controlled as an element.
- Therefore any other view private files that exist in the view, that are not of any import, should be able to be deleted, which will reduce the amount of disk space taken up by the views on this disk.
