UNIX VOB tag directory level issues
UNIX VOB tags may consist of multiple directory levels
NT VOB tags are limited to one directory level
Differences in VOB tags only affect symbolic links which span VOBs
Relative path symbolic links which span VOBs will be invalid on one platform type since the number of parent directories (..) to specify will be inconsistent across platforms
