Copy omake_p.pl, what, triggers, etc. to $ATRIAHOME
install VBScript macros to $DSHOME\… (location changed from VS 5.0 to VS 6.0)
whacks export makefile registry setting
enables macros (another registry whack)
can optionally install and enable clearaddin and autobld
finds/creates/modifies omake tool definition
