VOB Host Network
- Small customer base - use Ethernet
- Large customer base - need Fast Ethernet, CDDI, FDDI, etc.
- Collisions over 10% are a problem
- Isolate each server host on its own port or segment
- Most clients only need Ethernet, maybe 6 clients per segment or port
- Build hosts should consider Fast Ethernet
