- Priorities and goals can change (and they will), but they should change knowingly
Not communicating
- If people don’t know what is going on they can’t participate
People want to do the right thing
- If they know what that is
- If they think they can work with the “system”
- Don’t get in the way of people doing a good job, find out what they need and work out a solution with them
