Changing from One Kind of Element or Relationship to Another

1 Click the toolbox tool bearing the desired icon.

2 Press and hold the ALT or META key.

3 Click the icon to be changed.

Rational Rose redraws the icon and updates the model to reflect the change, or reports an error if the change is not legal.
