Bad file number and cannot register errors

This usually happens when you run one model as a server and startup a client model before typing `detach' or `go' on the server to begin message processing. The client will report the errors on the socket, since the server has not opened its socket connection yet. Detaching the server should permit the registration to proceed.

You probably had orphaned processes remaining after you thought you had terminated them (using Ctl-C?). You must use `kill' to fully free up the socket for use in another test run. It should not be necessary to reboot the machine after the error.
