cleartool lsview -long Runtime Errors After Applying ClearCase Patches

IBM Rational has identified a problem in several recent ClearCase patch bundles that can cause cleartool lsview -long to hang, display error messages, and fail to enumerate all views in a region. The problem occurs on patched hosts running in environments where one or more views are inaccessible, and was caused by a change made to address defect RATLC00692195. This change exists in the following patch bundles.
