This patch contains the following software changes:


PH51716:

   Problem: Flexlm tools are not installed for 64-bit ClearQuest 9.1.x and 10.0.x.

   Fix: Flexlm tools are now installed for 64-bit ClearQuest 9.1.x and 10.0.x.


PH52326:

   Problem: When using OSLC creation dialogs to create new ClearQuest records with SSO, an alert dialog may pop up.

   Fix: When using OSLC creation dialogs to create new ClearQuest records with SSO, there is no alert dialog will pop up.


PH56027:

   Problem: When the ClearQuest behavior flag  Disable_Storage_In_Row is set certain administrative operations like database creation, feature level upgrade, and database schema upgrade will fail.

   Fix: The issue is resolved and these operations function normally with the fix in place.


PI47805:

   Problem: In ClearQuest Web, a record template created at the master site does not appear at replicated sites.

   Fix: In ClearQuest Web, a record template created at the master site will now appear at replicated sites.
