This patch contains the following software changes:


PI97362:

   Problem: ClearCase and ClearQuest installs the Microsoft VC++ 2008 run-time to support the IBM GSKit library. The Microsoft VC++ 2008 run-time has gone out of support and needs to be updated.

   Fix: The GSKit has been updated to version 8.0.55.9 which depends on the Microsoft VC++ 2013 run-time instead of the Microsoft VC++ 2008 run-time. With this update ClearCase and ClearQuest will no longer install the Microsoft VC++ 2008 run-time.
