This patch contains the following software changes:


PH06211:

   Problem: ClearCase users on Oracle Solaris systems sporadically experience extremely slow performance of a particular dynamic view, accompanied by a series of error messages of the form: "View server for <view storage> not responding still trying (st=5 er=145)".   




   Fix: Sporadic slow performance of a dynamic view on Oracle Solaris occurs when there is a conflict between kernel services using the same udp port for RPCs. This is fixed in ClearCase 8.0.1.21 and 9.0.1.7.
