This patch contains changes to address the following defects:

    The wording on the dialog has been modified.

This patch contains changes addressed in the previous patch (201002183-0);

Defect RATLC00154196 TestMate setup (tmsetup_lc) checkout Tests eight times
    The TM setup script has been enhanced.

Defect RATLC00154198 Incorrect cleartool error: By default, won't create...
    The TM setup script has been cleaned up.
