Description
This patch contains changes to the C/C++ Debugger which address the
following defect:

Defect PEBU00009158 - show value on floats
   An attempt to display a single float variable (32-bit float) gave the
wrong value because the register holding the variable had been spilled onto the
stack as a 64-bit float.
