Description


NOTE:  This is a Cpp Share series patch, common for all architectures.
       This patch supersedes all previous Cpp Share (series or not) patches.

This patch contains changes to address the following defects:

The patch updates the c/c++ standard keys.  A remodel -update
should be done an all views using these keys.
