Description

  This patch contains an updated of Apex Emacs
  This new emacs is released to address the following defect:
  
  PEBU00008324 Emacs prompts regarding overwrite at every 'save' 
  
    The new Emacs reverts a change new to 4.0 that caused Emacs to 
  ask "File XXXX already exists; do you want to overwrite it?" 
  when saving a modified file.
