Do not use the new Build Services/2 OR Starter Services/2
install disk to install PTF-2. See README.DOC file on the
Build Services/2 or Starter Services/2 disk for instructions.
PTF-1 should be installed using PTF-1 Install Disk 1. See README.DOC
on PTF-1 Installation disk for installation instructions.

If you have Starter Services/2, you do not need 23PTF2_B.exe.
If you have Build Services/2, you do not need 23PTF2_S.exe.

All disk images are for 1.44 disks, and are self extracting EXE files.
