Problem Description:
Resize of layout views in the Layout editor on MPTK/RAD causes RAD to shutdown.                   

Problem Solution:
Fix has been provided as part of the MPTK eclipse plugin.

Affected Users:
MobilePortal Toolkit users

Pre-Requisite(s):
Rational Application Developer 7.0
WebSphere Everyplace Mobile Portal Version: 6.0
WebSphere Everyplace Mobile Portal Fixes: None
WebSphere Portal Fixes: None

NOTES:
- MPTK_HOME is the full path where the Mobile Portal Toolkit is installed.
- RAD_HOME is the full path where Rational Application Developer is installed.

1. Stop Rational Application Developer.

2. Back up your existing MPTK_HOME\eclipse

3. Remove MPTK_HOME\eclipse

4. Unzip PK68393.zip in MPTK_HOME. This will give you a new
MPTK_HOME\eclipse directory

5. Restart Rational Application Developer
