Problem Description:
Inconsistant information displayed when using the MCS layout      
editor.  Three different things in the MCS layout editor          
                                                                  
Outline:                                                          
1) In the layout, seeing 10 rows by 1 column                      
                                                                  
2) In the outline, seeing the outermost grid as 14 rows by        
    1 column                                                      
                                                                  
3) If I count the number of rows within the outmost grid in the   
outline, I get a count of 11 rows                                 

Problem Solution:
Fix has been provided as part of the MPTK eclipse plugin.

Mobile users

Pre-Requisite(s):
WebSphere Everyplace Mobile Portal Version: 5.1 or 5.1.0.1
WebSphere Everyplace Mobile Portal Fixes: None
WebSphere Portal Fixes: None

NOTES:
- MPTK_HOME is the full path where the Mobile Portal Toolkit is installed.
- RAD_HOME is the full path where Rational Application Developer is installed.

1. Stop Rational Application Developer.

2. Back up your existing MPTK_HOME\eclipse

3. Remove MPTK_HOME\eclipse

4. Unzip PK53249.zip in MPTK_HOME. This will give you a new
MPTK_HOME\eclipse directory

5. Restart Rational Application Developer
