This ftp directory contains the "IBM EDMSuite OnDemand
for OS/390 Client Installation Guide" for the OnDemand
Client level 2.2.1.6.  Do not use this installation
manual for OnDemand Client levels of 2.2.0.15 and
earlier.  Documentation for these clients are located in:

    Directory: /ondemand390/documentation/OnDemandClient

Important Notes: 
----------------
  1. The 2.2.1.6 OnDemand Client requires the following
     OnDemand Server Levels:
       Version 1: 1.1.6 or higher
       Version 2: 2.1 with APAR PQ26933

  2. The OnDemand Windows 16-bit client is no longer distributed.
     The 16-bit versions of Adobe software are no longer distributed.

  3. The 2.2.1.6 32-bit client Setup.ini file now contains a new 
     [S390] section which will automatically set the client
     to attach to the server in short sockets mode, and will
     automatically set up the OD/390 required command-line
     parameters.  Please see the Install Guide (clnt2216.pdf)
     for more information.
