APAR PK78168 ARSTBLSP Problem Description After upgrading to OnDemand server v8.4.1.0, running 'arstblsp -a 1' and 'arstblsp -a 3' commands produce the following similar errors: DB Error: [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/AIX64] SQL0117N The number of values assigned is not the same as the number of specified or implied columns. SQLSTATE=42802 -- SQLSTATE=21S01, SQLCODE=-117, File=arsdoc.c, Line=3977 DB Error: [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/AIX64] SQL0206N "TIME_STAMP" is not valid in the context where it is used. SQLSTATE=42703 -- SQLSTATE=42S22, SQLCODE=-206, File=arsseg.c, Line=6519 Unable to close table: ApplGroup(System Log) Agid(5011) Table(SL7) If 'arstblsp -a 1' is run multiple times, all messages stop being written to the System Log. Workaround is to disable System Logging and not run 'arstblsp -a 1' more then once after upgrading OnDemand server. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Installation Notes ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3.1 UNIX Servers - Pre-reqs - Previous install of OnDemand 8.4.1.0 - Steps to install this Fix Customers will need to download the PK78168.tar file. Then untar and replace the existing arstblsp command. Example for AIX: Download the PK78168.tar file. Untar the PK78168.tar file. Remove the existing arstblsp in the /usr/lpp/ars/bin directory. Copy the aix/arstblsp to /usr/lpp/ars/bin directory. Example for Other UNIX: Download the PK78168.tar file. Untar the PK78168.tar file. Remove the existing arstblsp in the /opt/ondemand/bin directory. Copy the appropriate arstblsp for you platform to the /opt/ondemand/bin directory. Example for HPUX: cp hpux/arstblsp /opt/ondemand/bin 3.2 Windows Server - Content Manager OnDemand for Windows does not have this problem. -------------end of Installation Notes-----------------------------------------
