All files are placed here as PTF number.EXE so a browser will
prompt to save which prevents the filling of your screen with
the PTF data.
Just download the file to the platform of choice and move it
to MVS as PTF UWnnnnn as LRECL=80 RECFM=FB BLKSIZE=32720

Example: get UW12345.EXE and move it to MVS as PTF UW12345.
