Readme for applying the interim fix:

1) Take a backup of your existing /etc/zoneinfo/posixrules.
	mv /etc/zoneinfo/posixrules /etc/zonefino/posixrules.orig
2) Verify size and checksum of posixrules
	% ls -l posixrules
	-rw-r--r--   1 build    build        817 Nov 28 12:32 posixrules
	% sum posixrules
	31923     1 posixrules

3) Copy the provided posixrules file to /etc/zoneinfo/	

Note: This fix is only applicable for DCE3.2 on AIX
