SQL Language Environment Restrictions

Consider the following restrictions when planning your environment:

• Do not use the SQL language environment if:

  • A user-defined language environment is created that uses the database access class library or the SQL call level interface

  • And, the user-defined language environment is referenced in a macro

• Do not pass SQL statements to the SQL language environment on an EXEC statement.
