Problem summary
---------------
External jar files referenced by a plugin are not found by the broker.

To Apply this fix
-----------------

1) Stop broker using the mqsistop command.

2) Take a backup copy of the files being replaced 
   - in case of an error, these files should be re-instated.
   Do not use an extension of jar on the backup copy.
   eg use a name of bootstrap_jar.ga 

3) Copy the modified files into the relevant directory 

4) Restart the broker using the mqsistart command.
