Developing flows using the MIME domain

How you can use MIME messages in a message flow.

The following topics each describe a scenario showing how MIME messages might be used in a message flow. The scenarios concentrate on the details that are specific to MIME. In all of these scenarios an external application might enforce the MIME standard more strictly than the broker MIME parser. For example, an application might insist on the presence of a MIME-Version header.

MIME messages can be sent and received over various transports, including HTTP and WebSphere MQ. The following samples illustrate transport specific details. For example, creating headers and saving and restoring message correlators, such as the HTTP request identifier: You can view samples only when you use the information center that is integrated with the Message Brokers Toolkit.
