How to install the CSD using this ZIP file: NOTE: The zip file contains a directory structure, as well as files, so please ensure that you unzip so that the directory structure is preserved. UNZIP the file into a temporary directory on your hard drive. If you have done this correctly (i.e. you have preserved the directory structure), you will find that you have 4 subdirectories: DISK1, DISK2, DISK3, and DISK4. You now have 2 choices on how to install this corrective service. 1) xcopy (using the /s option) all files is each subdirectory into a single directory, and install the CSD from your hard drive. 2) xcopy (using the /s option) the contents of each directory onto a separate diskette. Disk labels are important here, so label each disk as follows: \DISK1 AMQ201NL151 \DISK2 AMQ201NL152 \DISK3 AMQ201NL153 \DISK4 AMQ201NL154 Regardless of the method used above, you need to perform the following to install the CSD: a) Open the MQSeries Installation and Maintenance icon b) Select 'View' select 'Installed Products' c) Select 'IBM MQSeries for OS/2' from the list of products d) Select 'File' select 'Open Catalog' select 'Drive' - choose the drive from which you are going to install the CSD press 'Search' - go to the path on that drive that contains the CSD - select 'amqicat2.icf', press the OK button - press the 'Open' button e) Select 'IBM MQSeries for OS/2' f) Select 'Action' select 'Update' Follow the information in the MEMO.PTF on the first disk for more information on installing this corrective service.
