INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

  Maintenance updates can be supplied on CD-ROM, or they can be
  downloaded from the World Wide Web.

    *  Do not have the AdapterDaemon running while you are         *
    *  applying or removing maintenance updates to MQSeries 	   *
    *  Adapter Kernel for Multiplatforms Version 1.1.1.              *

    *  applying or removing maintenance updates to MQSeries        *
    *  Adapter Kernel for Multiplatforms Version 1.1.1.              *

  The installation of this eFix requires approximately 1MB of disk
  space to do the eFix installation.

  If you need to apply maintenance updates to your MQSeries Adapter
  Kernel product:

    1. Ensure you are logged on as an Administrator

    2. Ensure that the IBM MQSeries Adapter Kernel's AdapterDaemon
       has been stopped.

    3. Ensure that all source adapters are stopped.

    4. Extract the files from the archive to the MQSeries Adapter
       Kernel installation directory.

  OS/400 Installation Specific Instructions
  =========================================

  This eFix does not apply to OS/400.
