How to install the CSD using this ZIP file:   
                                                         
UNZIP the file using InfoUnZip into a temporary directory on
your VMS machine. (InfoUnZip is available on the VMS FreeWare CD
distributed with OpenVMS or from the WWW:                  
http://quest.jpl.nasa.gov/Info-Zip/UnZip.html)               
                                                            
NOTE: If you unzip this file on a non-VMS machine then the  
      record formats for the BACKUP savesets contained within it
      will be lost and the VMSINSTAL procedure, which uses
      BACKUP, will not work.                              
                                                         
The directory will contain a number of saveset files, which
are installed using the VMSINSTAL utility, and a MEMO.PTF file
which contains details of the contents of this CSD and instructions 
on how to install this CSD.
