How to install the CSD using the zip file :

UNZIP the file using the InfoUnZip utility into a temporary directory ON 
YOUR VMS MACHINE.  InfoUnZip is available on the VMSFreeWare CD distributed
with OpenVMS or from the WWWW: http://quest.ipl.nasanqov/Info-Zip/UnZip.html)

The zip will contain a single PCSI file which should be installed using the
command PRODUCT INSTALL. A MEMO.PTF file is available which will contain the
details of the kit.
