Title: Multiple Error Messages After Selecting Run From Rom

Problem:

Customers will receive multiple error messages if they installed Freelance as Run from Rom (by selecting Try It and then CD Rom) and then begin downloading the "Buy It".

Solution:

Follow these steps to avoid the error messages.

1. Uninstall Freelance from your hard drive by selecting Start - Settings - Control Panel and choosing Add/Remove Programs.

2. Start the SmartSuite 97 Solutions CD.

3. Select the SmartSuite product icon.

4. Choose the Try It button.

5. Choose the Hard Drive button.

6. Follow the screen prompts to install the complete SmartSuite 97 Solutions CD.

7. When you are ready to purchase the complete SmartSuite 97 product, choose the "Buy It" button from the Solutions CD.
