Instruction on How to Use:

Overview

Correcting LearningSpace courses which have this problem requires different procedures depending on the types of courses you need to correct. You can correct:

	New courses
Existing courses that do not use customization libraries
Existing courses that use customization libraries

Issue: Correcting new courses

The following steps tell you how to download LearningSpace 2.5 Schedule Patch 1 and create a new Schedule template, so that new courses will not display the problem described above.

1.	Either download the compressed file ls25sc1.zip and unzip the files into the Notes data directory of your hard disk, or copy the template ls25sc1.ntf to the Notes data directory. If you wish, make a backup of the existing Schedule template (SCHEDULE.NSF) found in the LearningSpace \template subdirectory.
2.	Start Notes.
3.	Create a new schedule database, based on the template you have just downloaded. To do so, select File, Database, New. In the Server: text box, select the server on which LearningSpace was installed. In the Title: text box, type "LS Schedule R2.5 Template." In the File Name: text box, enter the path to the LearningSpace template directory, for example as follows:

	lspace\template\schedule.nsf

where lspace is the name of the directory in which LearningSpace was installed.

4.	Highlight the template name "Sched Patch."
5.	Click OK to tell Notes to create the new database. Notes asks if you should replace the existing SCHEDULE.NSF. Click Yes.

Issue: Correcting existing courses that do not use customization libraries
