PROPFIX.EXE ver 1.00

Utility to correct a deleted ##directory updates bulletin board.

Usage:

        PROPFIX [path]clandata

Ex:

	PROPFIX M:\CCDATA\CLANDATA

This utility does the following:

-Checks status of post office to see if ADE is enabled.
        IF YES
-Checks to see if ##directory updates bboard exists.
                IF YES
                    Properly "hides" ##directory updates bboard.
                IF NO
Creates and hides ##directory updates bboard.
-Adds directory entries that have SEND L,P, or O bits set,
to the propagation list for ##directory updates bboard.
        IF NO
            -does nothing.

Propfix can be run on a live post office, but it should be determined
that no routers are running that may be receiving or sending any directory
updates.

Once propfix has been run on a clandata file, ADE will function normally.
No other operations are necessary.

Notes:

If there were messages on ##directory updates that had not been delivered
to all the intended recipients (names on the prop list for ##directory
updates) when the ##directory updates bulletin board was deleted,
those intended recipients WILL NOT receive the update, even after
propfix is run. Things will work properly after PROPFIX is run, but some
directory updates may have been missed for this reason, and the
directories may no longer be in synch. In this case, cc:Mail Import/Export
can be used to synch the directories.
