cc:Mail Administrative Utilities Release 5.12.04

This README describes the latest updates to the cc:Mail
Administrative Utilities
Only one program has been changed - CHKSTAT.

NOTE The OS/2 release includes a "2" in the file name; for
          example, CHKSTAT2.EXE.

About ADMIN 5.12.04
-------------------
Changes were made to correct a problem where an entry could be dropped from
the ##Directory Updates propagation list, if there were 200 or more entries,
and the entry's name was changed from ADMIN. Messages will now be
displayed at ADMIN startup, if the ##DIRECTORY UPDATES bboard was recreated
because it was missing. If the default propagation type in the ADE profile menu
is changed or updated, upon exit from this menu, messages are now displayed,
telling that updating the propagation list 'may take several minutes'.
a new log file 'DIRPROP.LOG' will now be created in the PO data directory if
either of previous two conditions occur. The log file (DIRPROP.LOG) will show
any additions or deletions to the ##DIRECTORY UPDATES propagation list based
on each directory entry's propagations bit settings.

About ADMIN 5.12.03
-------------------
Change made to profile menu: to display "yes" when delivery notifications
are made and "no" when delivery notifications will not be made.
        The reverse was happening before.

About CHKSTAT 5.12.02
---------------------
Changes made were made for the alphabetization of the directory in the
case that it is not in alphabetical order. This is the same as the CHKSTAT 4.02c
        checking.

About CHKSTAT 5.12.01
---------------------
Changes were made for the /DIAGNOSTICS flag to check for duplicate
entries in the database. When entries are found they are output
to a file - DUPLDIR.IMP. This file can then be passed to
IMPORT to have the duplicate entries deleted. This file can also be
hand modified in case some entries should not be deleted.
        For example:
        CHKSTAT /n<mail name> /p<password> /d<directory> /diagnostics/r
        IMPORT /directory/l /n<mail name> /p<password> /d<directory> @dupldir.imp
