Fixed Problems in Release 8.30.04.1 Import/Export
==================================================

IMPORT
------
. Earlier releases of DOS Import fail with "You do not have
  access rights to manage users" if there are square brackets
  ("[" or "]") in the first 128 bytes of the message being
  imported into the database. This issue is corrected in version
  8.30.04.1 of DOS Import.

EXPORT
-------
. If Export /Files/Detach was run to export messages that contain
  file attachments dated year 2000 and later, the detached file
  would be saved to disk with the wrong time/date stamp. This is
  corrected in release 8.30.04.1 of Export.
