Service Description
Lotus is expanding its Customer Support Services by offering on-site support 
for cc:Mail and Notes.  Lotus, the industry leader in providing quality 
support and services has introduced a new organization named Field Support 
Services.

This new service is designed to provide on-site support to assist customers 
in the installation, usage and deployment of Notes and cc:Mail within their 
organizations.

The Field Support Services group is currently composed of ten senior level 
Support Engineers located in major cities within the United States.  The 
services they provide compliment our current telephone support program and 
underscore Lotus' ongoing commitment in helping our partners discover and 
achieve maximum value from our products.

Approximate Pricing
	The fees associated with these services are $1200 per day.   
Engagements are typically  one-half day to five days in length.

Network Based Training for cc:Mail
Interactive computer based training with simulation for cc:Mail

Description
ReCor's Network Based Training (NBT) is an innovative series of 
off-the-shelf computer based training (CBT).  Courses are now available for 
cc:mail for DOS, Version 4.0 and for cc:Mail for Windows, Version 2.0.

NBT for cc:Mail is comprehensive and effective training designed especially 
for LAN delivery to the user's desktop.  NBT for cc:Mail is not just a tutor 
but a comprehensive interactive training course.  Our products are 
consistently acclaimed as "the best CBT I've seen" by training professionals.

NBT for cc:Mail features extensive and realistic simulation of cc:Mail.  For 
maximum learning effectiveness, students actually create, send, receive and 
manage cc:Mail messages.  A hint button is available if the student needs 
help.  The lessons are presented step-by-step using a large, easy-to-read 
text.

NBT eliminates the need to distribute videotapes, schedule classes or 
photocopy materials.  NBT can be used to traing new cc:Mail users, as a 
reference for advanced users or as a refresher when used with other training 
materials.

We emphasize after-the-sale technical support and service.  Our staff has 
extensive experience supporting products in complicated network

Hardware Requirements
	Minimum system requirement for NBT DOS courseware is 386SX 33MHz 
with VGA color and for NBT Windows coursware is 386MHz with VGA color.  The 
NBT courseware will run on all major LANs.

Software Requirements
	cc:Mail does not have to be installed to run the NBT courseware.  
The NBT DOS courseware requires MS-DOS 5.0 or higher while the NBT Windows 
courseware requires Windows 3.1 or higher.
