Constraints on the use of the Service Proxy: static endpoint pattern
A number of constraints apply when you use this pattern.
You can use the
Service Proxy: static endpoint pattern only if you are able to meet all of the following
constraints:
Requests must be received as SOAP messages over HTTP or HTTPS.
Requesting applications must support a synchronous request response interaction style.
The target service must provide a SOAP over HTTP or HTTPS binding.
WSDLs defining the target service interface can have multiple port types and bindings,
but only the first port type or binding is used for configuration of the generated pattern instance.
You can select alternatives in the message flow editor.
If logging is required, the format that is used by this pattern is assumed to meet the requirements
of your own environment.
