DataDelete mappings use the DataDelete node, which lets you delete existing database fields. You cannot insert or update records in a database using this node. To do this, use either a DataInsert node or a DataUpdate node respectively.
In a default generated DataDelete mapping, each row is deleted on the condition where the selected column is equal to the value of the repeatable element instance. The number of rows deleted depends on the number of instances:
One-to-one mappings are also allowed; in this case, the value that the target column takes is the value of the mapped input element. These insert statements can also be combined to produce a single insert that inserts several columns into the same row, as each insert statement creates a new row.
Click Keep selected mappings to merge the selected items or Remove selected mappings to delete the selected items.
Edit the final WHERE clause of the combined mapping. Each pre-combination mapping already has a WHERE clause.
