The Address Book extension sample shows how the broker can act as a Web service provider, by using the SOAPInput and SOAPReply nodes, and how the broker can act as a Web service consumer, by using the SOAPRequest node, through an HTTP or JMS transport. The sample shows how both the provider and the consumer can implement WS-Security and WS-RM. The sample also shows how existing message flows can be extended to make Web service requests, and is interoperable with WebSphere Application Server v6.1 or v7.0.
