XML.NamespaceDecl
A namespace declaration is represented by a syntax element with field type XML.NamespaceDecl.
Namespace declarations take one of two forms in the message tree:
- Declaration using a namespace prefix
<ns1:e1 xmlns:ns1="namespace1"/>
