Importing resources from previous versions
You can work with resources from previous versions of WebSphere® Message Broker by using a project interchange file to import the resources into WebSphere Message Broker Version 8.0.
You might have resources from previous versions of WebSphere Message Broker, such as message flow projects, Java™ projects, message set projects, and PHP projects, that you want to use in WebSphere Message Broker Version 8.0. You can import these resources by migrating your WebSphere Message Broker Toolkit workspace, or by using a project interchange file. Message flow projects are replaced by Message Broker projects in WebSphere Message Broker Version 8.0. When you import message flow projects into Version 8.0, they are converted automatically to Message Broker projects. You can then use an imported project as the basis for a new application or library.
