When using KPI Manager,
different user roles determine who has access to perform certain KPI functions.
KPI roles are described in the following list:
- KPI Administrator
- View any KPI listed in KPI Manager.
- Edit any KPI created using KPI Manager.
The KPI owner can also edit the KPI.
- Edit any modeled KPI. Only the following modeled KPI properties can be
changed :
- Name
- Description
- Access
- Target
- Range name, start and end values, color, and icon
- KPI owner
- Display format
- Copy any KPI listed in KPI Manager.
- Delete any KPI that were created or copied using KPI Manager.
Modeled KPIs can not be deleted.
- Share KPIs that you create or owned by a Public KPI-Administrator
- Public KPI-Administrator
- View any KPI listed in KPI Manager.
- Edit KPIs that you own.
- Copy any KPI listed in KPI Manager.
- Delete KPIs that you own.
- Share KPIs that you create
- Personal KPI-Administrator
- View any KPI listed in KPI Manager.
- Edit KPIs that you own.
- Copy any KPI listed in KPI Manager.
- Delete KPIs that you own.
- Business Manager
- View any KPI listed in KPI Manager.
