Business Process Choreographer

Use this page to supply information required to configure the application deployment target to support the deployment of the Business Process Choreographer (BPC) components.

This page contains sections in which you specify the context roots, security and human task manager mail session values the wizard uses to configure BPC for this deployment environment.

Context roots

Specifies the context roots used to access the instances of the Business Process Choreographer Explorer applications that manage the processes deployed to this application deployment target.

Business Process Choreographer Explorer context root
Specifies the context root for the Business Process Choreographer Explorer, which is used to manage the processes and human tasks that are deployed to this application deployment target. The default is /bpc.

Human Task Manager Mail Session

Specifies whether to configure the mail session for the Human Task Manager.

Create a mail session to send e-mails
Specifies whether to configure a mail session for the human task manager. When you select this control, you must enter information in the other fields in this section.
Mail Session Host
Specifies the host on which the mail session runs.
Mail transport user
Specifies the userid the human task manager uses to send e-mail.
Mail transport password
Specifies the password associated with the userid the human task manager uses to send e-mail.
Confirm mail transport password
Specifies the password associated with the userid the human task manager uses to send e-mail.
Business Process Choreographer Explorer URL for mail session
Specifies the URL of the Business Process Choreographer Explorer. This URL is included in e-mails from the Human Task Manager to the responsible party so that party can locate the task that requires attention.

Security

Specifies the security roles and authentication aliases WebSphere® uses for BPC components.

This section has two tables, Roles and Authentication.

Roles

Specifies the authentication aliases and groups mapped to specific security roles.

Role
Specifies the security role associated with the authentication alias or group.
Important: Each role defined in an application or module must map to a user or group from the domain user registry.
User
Specifies a user or list of users for this security role.
Important: All users and groups must exist in the domain user registry.
Group
Specifies the authentication group associated with this security role.
Important: All users and groups must exist in the domain user registry.
Description
Specifies a description of the security role mapping.

Authentication

Specifies the authentication aliases BPC uses for specific system accesses.

Authentication
Specifies the secure component that requires authentication.
User
Specifies the userid that comprises the authentication alias for the secure component.
Password
Specifies the password that comprises the authentication alias for the secure component.
Confirm Password
A field for you to confirm the password you entered. This entry must match Password.
Description
The details of the system access protected by the authentication alias.
