  2. Stop all running servers from which you are uninstalling the feature pack.
  3. Start the feature pack uninstallation program by running the uninstall command located in the feature pack install_root\uninstall.wbmpsfep directory, from the Qshell command line.
    • uninstall -silent
Uninstalling the feature pack from the System i server removes feature pack libraries and directories.
  4. Review any log files if necessary. Log files are located in the install_root/logs/wbmpsfep/uninstall/log.txt directory.
Results

The uninstaller wizard uninstalls the feature pack.

If the uninstaller determines that there are running servers, the uninstallation process will fail and log the details in the log file. You can use this information to manually stop any running servers and then repeat the uninstallation process.

If the feature pack does not uninstall successfully, examine the logs in the install_root/logs/wbmpsfep/uninstall/log.txt directory to identify why the uninstallation failed. Correct the problems identified and try uninstalling the product again.
