Describing your Business Leader space

You can add a description for your Business Leader space so that other users are aware of what type of work is contained in your space. This description can include formatted text, bulleted lists, and other text styles to help convey the purpose of the space.

About this task
When you first create a new Business Leader space, you are given the option to provide a description along with the name of the space. After the space is created, you can add or update the space description in the Description area of the Overview page.

You can use the space description as a place to define the purpose of the space, identifying the problem that the team that will be working on, and the type of documents to be worked on in the space.

  1. In the Description area, click the Edit button and enter your text.
  2. Use the formatting buttons to add text formatting or styles to your text description.
  3. Click Save to save your changes, or click Cancel to revert to the previously saved description.
Results
The space description is visible from the Business Leader Spaces area for any user who is a member of that space.
