validateDeploymentEnvDef command

Use validateDeploymentEnvDef to determine whether you have met all the constraints for a deployment environment.

Purpose

This command determines whether you have assigned all required functions for the selected deployment environment. Use this command before configuring deployment environments.

Parameters

-topologyName topologyName
A required parameter that specifies the name of the deployment environment you are validating.
The following example uses validateDeploymentEnvDef to validate an environment definition for a single cluster on WebSphere® ESB.
wsadmin -connType SOAP -host myDmgr -port 8879 -user dmgrAdmin -password -dmgrPass
> $AdminTask validateDeploymentEnvDef { -topologyName topOne}
