This section details features deprecated in WebSphere® ESB. Deprecated features from other WebSphere Application Server product offerings are described in the documentation for those products. WebSphere ESB version 6.1 was the first release to have any deprecation.

Server products do not use or have a dependency on this feature.
The feature was provided as an independent tool which could be used
in one of two ways; either as a prerequisite for the IBM Message Service Client for C/C++, or, as
a web services toolkit for C++ applications. Recommended migration action: If you have an application which uses this tool in either of the possible uses the following steps should be taken.
