Configure the KPI widgets

The KPIs page provides three widgets for analyzing the process we want to track: Diagrams, KPIs, and Alerts. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are quantifiable measures designed to track the critical success factors of business processes. Before we use these widgets, we need to configure them.

Configure the Diagrams widget

  1. Click the down arrow on the Diagrams toolbar and then select Configure.
  2. Select a model, a monitoring context, or a Key Performance Indicator context.
  3. Specify a Refresh Rate.
  4. To save the settings, click OK.
The selected diagram is displayed. For example, if we selected Mortgage Lending BAM as a model and Automated Loan Setup BAM MC as a monitoring context, the flow diagram for the Automated Loan Setup process is displayed.

Configure the KPIs widget

  1. Click the down arrow on the KPIs toolbar and then select Configure.
  2. Select a model version. Choose either Latest version or All versions.

  7. If you want the widget to interact with other widgets, select the Cooperative tab and then click Enable this widget to interact with other widgets.
  8. To save the settings, click OK.
