Explanation: The application is running in an environment where the WebSphere WorkArea facility is not available. Calls to Java Naming and Directory Interface (JNDI) are returned empty.
User Action: Please run the application in a WebSphere Application Server environment where the WorkArea service is enabled.

 

CEMCS0004E: An active context is not associated with the current thread. The action fails.
Explanation: The application was unable to access the WorkArea service because it has not been started on the current thread.
