Restricting access to pages

If you own a business space, you can set it up so that some users cannot see certain pages.

To restrict access to a page:

  1. If the Business Space Manager is not open, click Manage Business Spaces. The Business Space Manager lists the spaces that you have access to.
  2. Click the space.
  3. Expand the space and click the page. The page properties display.
  4. If Share with users of this Business Space is selected, clear it. The page is no longer using the viewers and editors lists in the space.
  5. If Share with the following users is not selected, select it. The page now uses its own viewers and editors lists.
  6. From the Viewers menu or Editors menu, click Add. A window opens.
  7. Type the name or partial name into the search field and click Search.
  8. From the search results, select the user or group and click OK.
  9. Click Save.
Only the users and users in the group can now access the page.
