Removing a deployment environment removes the management entity
of the deployment environment. Deleting the deployment environment does not
remove or change the configuration of the servers, nodes, and clusters that
make up the deployment environment. Deleting deployment environments might
be the final phase of moving a deployment environment from one deployment
manager to another.
Before you begin
- On the administrative console of
the deployment manager navigate to Servers > Deployment
Environments.
- Verify that deployment environments exist on this deployment
manager.
- For recover purposes, consider exporting the deployment environment definition.
Required security role for this task: When
security and role-based authorization are enabled, you must log in
to the administrative console as an administrator or operator to perform
this task.
