creates a space for collaborating to improve a business process.
The Initiating Process Improvements template
combines widgets from WebSphere® Process Server, WebSphere Business Monitor, and WebSphere Business Modeler
Publishing Server to create
a space for users who are responsible for initiating the improvement
of a business process and reviewing improvement proposals.
The Initiating Process Improvements template
creates a space with the following pages: My Work, Create Tasks, KPIs,
Analysis, Draft Artifacts, Released Artifacts, Publishing Server Access
Control, Publishing Server Manager, and Viewers. The My Work page
is where you work on your assigned tasks. For example, you can select
to edit a task in the My Tasks widget
and then use the Task Information widget
to work on that task.
The following table lists the widgets that are supplied for use
in the My Work page.

On the Create Tasks page, you can create tasks for other people
to perform and track the status of the tasks that you have created.

On the Analysis page, you can configure the widgets to display
