You can uninstall the feature pack using the provided uninstaller
or silently using a response file.
Before you begin
Before uninstalling ensure that you:
- have a valid installation of the IBM WebSphere Business Modeler
Publishing Server V6.2 Feature Pack.
About this task
Perform the following tasks before uninstalling the feature
pack.
- Run the unconfigBusinessLeader.ant script to undeploy the
Business Leader EAR files and disable the Business Leader widgets
from Business Space. The script has one required parameter:
- profileName
- The name of the profile for which the Business Space was configured
for the feature pack.
For example:
"D:\IBM\WebSphere\PubServer\bin\ws_ant.bat" -buildfile unconfigBusinessLeader.ant -DprofileName=PubSrv01
A log file, unconfigBusinessLeader.log,
is created in the current working directory, examine this file for
any error messages.
- Optional: If you previously ran the configPubServerDB.ant script
you will have added Business Leader tables to your Publishing Server
database. You can manually remove these tables. Remove
the tables by running the SQL scripts drop_db_bl.sql and drop_index_bl.sql.
The location and command for running this script is described below:
- For a DB2 database, the location of the script is:
install_root/scripts.wpbs/database/PublishingServer/DB2/
and
the commands to run the scripts are:db2 connect to dbName
db2 -tvf drop_db_bl.sql
db2 -tvf drop_index_bl.sql
- For an Oracle database, the location of the script is:
install_root/scripts.wpbs/database/PublishingServer/Oracle/
and
the commands to run the scripts are:sqlplus dbUserId/${dbPassword}@${dbName} @${directoryPath}/drop_db_bl.sql
sqlplus dbUserId/${dbPassword}@${dbName} @${directoryPath}/drop_index_bl.sql
