After any configuration changes to the deployment manager,
you must stop and restart the deployment manager before those changes
take effect.

Verify that a deployment manager is started and log
in to the administrative console.
Required security role for this task: When
security and role-based authorization are enabled, you must log in
to the administrative console as an administrator or operator to perform
this task.
