The Released Artifacts widget

Use the Released Artifacts widget to select and view project elements or images that have been reviewed and have been released.

The Released Artifacts widget is a stand-alone widget used in within the Released Artifacts page. In a typical usage scenario, you would select a process (or another form of information) that has already gone through the review process in the Publisher Navigator, and examine it in the Process Viewer.

The Released Artifacts widget includes the following sections:
  1. Publisher Navigator
    The Publisher Navigator uses a tree format to display all of the artifacts that are available for viewing. To view an element, expand the nodes on the list, click the name of an element, and it will be displayed in the Process Viewer.
    To refine the choices, choose between a long list (Full The Full mode icon) or a filtered list (Simplified The simplified mode icon) by clicking the appropriate icon.
      Released Projects This folder contains all of the released project elements that were published using the Publishing Server Manager on the Publishing Server Manager page.
      Released Imported Images This folder contains the imported form and WebSphere® Business Monitor dashboard images that have been released.
  2. Process Viewer
    The Process Viewer displays the information that contains the diagram that was reviewed and has been released.
    To move the diagram around within the viewer, click anywhere in the viewing area, and drag.
    To use the entire widget to display the diagram, click < Hide Project. This will conceal the Publisher Navigator, and use the whole widget to display the diagram.
    To reveal a navigation that has been hidden, click > Show Project.
  3. Control panel
    To modify the way the diagram is displayed in the viewer, configure the settings on the control panel.

    To shift the diagram in the viewer, click the appropriate direction arrow on the control panel. The diagram will move in the direction that you chose.

    To return to the diagram's start node in the Process Viewer, click the central green circle.

    To change the magnification of the diagram in the Process Viewer, adjust the slider accordingly. When the indicator is closer to the top, the magnification level is greater.

  4. Overview
    The overview shows a miniaturized version of the overall diagram with a blue box inside to show the part of the diagram that is currently displayed in the Process Viewer.
    To move the diagram in the viewer using the overview, click and drag the blue box.
    To adjust the magnification of the diagram in the viewer using the overview, click the handle on the corner of the blue box and adjust the size accordingly. The diagram in the Process Viewer adjusts automatically to match the overview.
