Problem

The specified emitter factory JNDI name is not correct, a configuration error has occurred, or a JNDI error has occurred.

Problem

The specified XML file contains an error and, therefore, it could not be parsed.

Problem

When specifying both start_time and end_time, the start_time must represent a time point before the time point represented by end_time. Because the parameters were not valid the command did not run.

Problem

The specified file is not a valid output file name. The path may not be valid, or the caller might not have sufficient privileges to create the file.

CEICL0015E: The value {0} was specified for the {1} option, but this is not a valid dateTime value.
Problem

A dateTime value has the format CCYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss, followed by an optional time zone indicator. The time zone indicator can be the letter Z to indicate Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), or a plus (+) or minus (-) sign followed by a the difference from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) in hh:mm format.
