To view the information center user interface in another language, set the language option in your browser so that your desired language is the first one specified, clear the browser cache, and refresh your browser view.
On some browser and operating system combinations, you might have to also change the regional settings of your operating system to the locale and language of your choice.
For documentation that has not been translated into your chosen language, the system will display the English version by default, even if the browser language option is set to another language.
At some stages in the information life cycle, topics in English might have been updated, added, or deleted before the equivalent changes are made to the national language versions.
If you are unsure about the currency of a national language topic, compare the "Last updated" date in the footer of the topic to the date in the English topic. If the date in the English topic is later than the date in the translated topic, consider the English topic to be the primary content until the national language version is updated.
