He has extensive technical and managerial experience in IT services, including cloud computing, infrastructure management, high-volume Web hosting, networking, and technology strategy. He's an author of the IBM Systems Journal article, "A Web Content Serving Utility" and has filed over a dozen patents in a variety of technical fields.
